In advance of Small Business Saturday on November 25th, the Biden-Harris Administration is announcing new actions to support small businesses. Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Avril Haines traveled to Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) over the weekend. The DNI was joined by Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Molly Phee, Special Assistant to the President, and NSC Senior Director for African Affairs Judd Devermont.
