Why this? Why now?

My name is George Cummings, and I'm the creator and editor of the "What Did Joe Biden Do Today?" Substack feed. I reside in Southern California and am vested in promoting the democratic ideal of "citizen journalism." I have no professional stake in the Biden Administration, the campaign, or any other government entity outside of being a registered voter. The goal of this account is to provide a non-editorialized summary of the daily activities of the Biden Administration in an effort to educate anyone who is interested, Democrats and Republicans alike.

What Did Joe Biden Do Today is a daily accounting of the activities, policies, speeches, readouts, fact sheets, and more, summarized and sourced so that anyone, whether a supporter or detractor, can have access to what is happening in the Biden Administration without spin, editorializing, or “cherry-picking” events.

This daily feed attempts to provide facts digestibly without “getting into the weeds.” All information is linked to source material, in case “getting into the weeds” is your thing!

You might not like everything you read.

You might not agree with all the policy positions or what someone in the administration did or said on any given day, but at least you’ll know what’s happening.
